Bob obtained his architecture degree from Philadelphia University (currently Jefferson University). He spent the first ten years of his career at a firm in Linwood, NJ where he became an expert in the coastal design requirements for each shore community. In 2011, Bob founded Lolio Architect to have more creative freedom. His designs grace the streets of Margate, Longport, Ventnor, Ocean City, and Cape May. His design style varies from traditional and transitional to modern, depending on the client's preference. 

Bob works closely with each homeowner to understand their design aesthetic and space requirements to maximize the potential of their lot while fulfilling their project needs. He enjoys blending traditional forms with modern elements and materials to create unique, timeless designs.
